The most prized teas are those that grow at the highest elevation where plants thrive in the dewy mist that covers the mountainside. Phoenix Mountain in Asia, one of the highest mountains of its region is said to have some of the oldest tea plants.

Our name is derived from oolong tea, a particular style of the Phoenix Mountain region. The tea process uses a light, sideways rolling technique that brings the leaf into a loose twisted style.
