Darjeeling is a Chinese leaf, grown in West Bengal, flavoured with French grapes and Himalayan breezes. This is our premium, OP1 grade Darjeeling. Less oxidized than a classic Black Assam makes the flavour profile way more complex: delicate florals muddled with minty-fresh mountain zephyrs and slightly tannic pops of Muscat. It’s fruity and earthy, like a good wine.

Serving Suggestion: Add 1-2 teaspoons per cup and brew in 90 degree water for 1 minute. Serve with lemon, never milk.
